Our Dynamic NextGen Academy (DNA) is a prestigious long-term training scheme aimed at nurturing new talent for our organisation and developing your skills and expertise across multiple disciplines.

Launched in Europe, North and South America, the Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or America locations and must be prepared to move for min 18 months several times.

This requires a high degree of flexibility and international mobility.
