We are seeking a qualified Surgeon or Specialist in Occupational Health, with at least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector.
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (70% proficiency desirable).
Responsibilities
Determine health conditions of employees through medical examinations, according to legal requirements.
Manage medicines, material and equipment of the medical department.
Attend and investigate accidents and occupational diseases to determine causes and implement preventive or corrective measures.
Implement preventive medicine programs to educate and modify poor health and hygiene habits, promoting self-care.
Actively participate in the promotion of maintenance of adequate environmental and safety conditions, proposing measures to adopt according to the rules of current law.
Prepare reports and statistics required by law and/or company.
