About the Company

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Documentation Manager to lead our offshore case processing and documentation team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end preparation, quality control, and compliance auditing of Australian migration applications in strict accordance with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) standards. Operating from our offshore office, you will act as the critical bridge between your remote processing team and our Australia-based Registered Migration Agents (RMAs), ensuring flawless execution, strict deadline management, and high-quality outcomes for our Australian clients.
