Donor Relations & Development Officer Location:
Winnipeg, Foundation Department
STARS is a lifesaving organization that provides critical medical care, flying over 3,000 missions annually. Every team member plays a vital role in supporting our Very Important Patients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive prospecting and pipeline growth
Advance donor outreach and community partnership development
Achieve fundraising revenue targets
Create donor communications and proposals
Manage donor relationships and portfolio operations
Support integrated fundraising efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
Post‑secondary education plus 3–5 years of experience in sales or fundraising/development, or equivalent.
Proven success soliciting major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Consistent track record of exceeding annual revenue targets.
