The Driver Operations Specialist is the business owner of partnership programs focused on Supply in InDrive.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Engagement & Tier Progression

• Own KPIs related to active drivers, tier progression, and partnerships conversion rate.
• Develop targeted initiatives to increase progression from Basic → Platinum → Legend.
• Analyze driver behavior to identify what benefits or incentives drive the biggest improvements in engagement and retention.
