Job Description

Lead excellence on the ground! As a Duty Manager, you’ll ensure safe, secure, and efficient ground operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasks

The Duty Manager is responsible for: 

  • Build relationships with premium customers and enhance top customer recognition

  • Act as Customer Care Ambassador

  • Ensure staff embody carrier values and provide personalized service

  • Verify staff appearance and attitude meet standards

  • Conduct daily briefings (where feasible) and oversee frontline operations

  • Manage station processes (e.g., flight editing, crew dispos, special interests)

  • Support alternate airport handling and mitigate conflicts (with Station Manager)
