**What's the job**

As Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel. This includes supporting and supervising the Reception and Concierge teams, handling guest inquiries and ensuring personalized service delivery throughout the property.
