In this strategic position, you will work alongside the People & Culture Manager to lead initiatives that enhance our talent management, onboarding, and performance strategies. Your insights will shape the employee experience, drive well-being, and support compliance across HR policies, ensuring lasting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and deliver tailored people strategies
β’ Utilize data for strategic HR insights
β’ Enhance HR frameworks and policies
β’ Manage employee lifecycle functions
β’ Champion organizational change initiatives
Requirements:
β’ 7+ years of HR experience required
β’ Academic background in Human Resources or a related field
β’ Familiarity with Ontario and Quebec employment laws
β’ CRHA/CRIA membership preferred
