Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of timely, quality solutions by leading the E2E testing across all interface teams (upstream applications and downstream applications) as required, through effective planning, scheduling, oversight, and execution.

Create comprehensive E2E test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases for programs and projects based on complex requirement documents and business User Stories.

Execute E2E test cases, document test results and identify defects.

Drive defect triage meetings with project teams and leadership stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Publish daily and weekly status reports to share testing progress, raise risks, and provide mitigation strategies.

Effectively collaborate with Program/Project Managers, Scrum Masters, QE teams, stakeholders and business partners from various application teams.
