What you’ll be doing:

Child-centered care, including nurturing, responsive, and culturally sensitive care;

Maintain a clean and safe environment: launder bibs and cloths, sanitize toys and equipment, and set up the physical space for daily activities;

Program planning, implementation, and evaluation;

Follow each child’s individual daily schedule with consistency and care;

Track, monitor and document each child’s day, including:

Daily routines, locations, and needs

Food and liquid intake

Health, emotional well-being, and developmental progress

Writing daily updates, developmental observations, and progress notes for team members and families

Greet all parent/guardians and children during drop-off and pick-up
