Job Description
Role Summary
Own the lifecycle revenue system for eCommerce brands using Klaviyo. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing email flows that drive measurable revenue. Not campaign execution. Not design. Not newsletters. Strategy, structure, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Architect full lifecycle journeys: prospect, non buyer, first purchase, repeat, VIP, transactional.
- Build and optimize core flows: welcome, browse abandon, add to cart, checkout abandon, post purchase, review, replenishment, winback, sunset.
- Design segmentation based on behavior, intent, engagement, and LTV.
- Define offer logic, incentive timing, and suppression rules to protect margin.
- Write conversion focused email copy structured for design.
- Manage deliverability fundamentals: engagement gating, list hygiene, send timing.
- Analyze flow performance and optimize for incremental lift and revenue contribution.
