Job Description

THE ROLE

The eCommerce Supervisor will support the Commercial Lead in driving commercial performance across both e‑commerce(50%) and offline (Department Store) retail channels(50%). The role focuses on retailer negotiations, sales operations, promotional execution, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure strong business performance and smooth execution in the Korean market.



Key Responsibilities



1. E‑commerce Sales Support


1. Sales Operations Support

  • Assist in daily sales tracking, order management, and performance reporting.

  • Ensure accurate data updates and timely issue resolution across platforms.

    • 2. Channel Coordination

  • Coordinate with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces.(Naver, KKT, Department store online)

  • Support campaign setup, product listings, and promotional execution.
