ERM is seeking a motivated EHS Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who is passionate about driving change in both processes and behaviors, and who is committed to delivering high-quality Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions to our clients.

You will be part of ERM’s Safe and Sustainable Solutions (SSO) team in Belgium and the Netherlands (BeNe)—a dynamic and growing group of EHS professionals supporting a wide portfolio of industrial clients. The team is recognized for its strong on-the-ground expertise, partnering closely with clients to deliver practical, solution-oriented support across operational EHS challenges. Working within SSO means being embedded in client environments, driving continuous improvement in safety culture, compliance, and sustainability performance, while collaborating with ERM’s broader network of technical experts across the region.
