Responsible for meeting firm’s engineering quality levels for discipline on assigned projects. Develop the Basis of Design (BOD), Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) that meet the project requirements within the allocated schedule and budget and use best practices. Develop design concepts and ensure proper application and execution. Act as single point of contact with client project managers for project scope definition, schedule, and budget requirements. Verify work quality regarding specifications, reports, code application, submittal review, equipment selection, deliverables, and drawings. Have a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and advanced concepts to execute all required aspects of discipline engineering.
