Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective technical support to production in all aspects of machine and equipment maintenance, installation and modification; perform detailed maintenance, calibrations, PMs and troubleshooting.

  • Support maintenance planning and scheduling through completion of planned and reactive work orders.

  • Accurately and timely input into the preventative maintenance software system for the production of management reports.

  • Support continuous improvement by active participation in repairs, upgrades, preventative maintenance and system failure investigations and investigation reports, and execution/development of change control, as appropriate.

  • Respond to breakdowns, systematically fault find, and identify root cause and then implement solutions to prevent recurrence

  • Uphold GMP standards

  • Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics
