About The Position

We are looking for an
Electromechanical Support Specialist
to join our Engineering capability. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in Victoria, BC.

General Responsibilities

• Conduct technical support and problem solving, primarily via telephone and email, directly with end users, diagnosing and resolving product and installation issues.
• Investigate and process warranty claims, maintain and enter RMA data in ERP, complete claim reports, and process replacement orders.
