This role will provide technical leadership, drive product innovation, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team while supporting new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Review and evaluate design solutions to ensure alignment with cost, performance, and functional targets
• Provide technical guidance and direction for product development and design solutions
• Approve and review design validation plans for new products
• Represent the electrical engineering team in cross‑functional program teams (product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, etc.)
