Job Description
Lead a dynamic team as an Electronics Design Manager in Edmonton with a hybrid work model. This role blends management with hands-on FPGA and analog/mixed-signal design contributions.
In this pivotal position reporting to the CTO, you will mentor and guide engineers in the development of safety-critical electronics for advanced ophthalmic systems. Your expertise will shape the technical roadmap, drive design reviews, and ensure system-level performance across cross-functional teams in software, optics, and mechanical engineering.
