The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board will accept Elementary applications on an ongoing basis. Only complete application packages will be reviewed and interviews will be conducted as opportunities arise.

• from your Catholic Priest, dated within the last 12 months
• Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers (please provide number if pending)
• All Practice Teaching Reports (New teachers)
• All Teaching Evaluations (Experienced teachers)
• Transcripts
• References
