1.Responsible for strategizing, creating and executing e-commerce sales program
- Develop and execute short & long-term e-commerce strategy and roadmap
- Updates e-commerce market landscape, competitors analysis
- Set up overall commercial strategy including promotion event by sub channel
- Drive online programs and campaigns including advertising, social media, email etc. 

2.Responsible for developing new emerging channels (Costco and CVS) and capitalizing the opportunity
- Lead to develop under-developed channels (Costco and CVSs) with team
- Build new solid relationship with such customers
- Plan and execute sales activation programs for both potential channels
