Job Description

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Develop a high-performance team through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness

  • Ensure a high level of operational success by consistently reviewing and improving current processes

  • Drive cross-selling and delivery of service, selling and product knowledge training

  • Build and nurture a constructive working relationship with insurance program partners and clients

  • Manage program renewals, including negotiating rates and acceptance of renewal terms, proposing coverage changes and developing retention strategies for at-risk accounts

  • Collaborate with your Director and management across various teams to set strategies and implement operational plans

  • Analyze key retention and sales reports to identify trends, measure productivity, and adapt tactical plans
