Drive effective internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and a sense of belonging. Ensure clear, timely, and impactful communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
· Content Creation & Editing:
· Draft, edit, review, and oversee the publication of internal communication documents and programs that support the organization, including intranet content, flyers, emails/memos, webcasts, and speeches.
· Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and appropriate before dissemination
· Campaign Coordination:
· Organize and manage logistics for communication campaigns requested by various departments.
