We are searching for the best talent for Employee & Labor Relations Sr Manager to be in Bogotá.

Purpose

The ERLR Lead has overall responsibility to lead delivery of ERLR services within a Cluster/Business, including effective management of ER matters such as grievances and discipline. The role is measured by resolution of service requests within defined time periods, accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction levels. The position also provides laboratory relations leadership throughout the collective bargaining process and manages stakeholder communication as needed.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations – ensure timely and compliant handling of all Grievance and Discipline requests; coach and train managers and employees.
