The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s employee and labour relations, ensuring consistent and fair application of policies, practices, and employment laws. This role manages a team of Human Resource professionals, providing strategic guidance on complex employee matters, workplace investigations, and labour relations issues.
