Capital Selling Lead – MedTech Sales (People Leader)

Location: Las Condes, Santiago, Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile

Purpose

This role leads a capital sales team in a matrix environment, driving clinical sales growth, coaching managers and individual contributors, and ensuring strong execution across sales processes, customer satisfaction, team operations, and performance management. The position also contributes to product and software improvement efforts while aligning team decisions with Johnson & Johnson's values and leadership principles.
