Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related curriculum required. 1 year of equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requires proven experience with PC based software such as Project, Excel, Word, PPT. Knowledge of Access a plus.
