Job Description
- Carry out the Pre-Delivery Inspection for new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments. This includes exterior and interior damage inspections, component and accessory reviews, handling damage claims, software, and language adjustments
- Create detailed reports and identify trends for issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection process
- Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality, production, and engineering departments to address issues found during PDI
- Maintain accurate records of new machines arrivals and machines that have completed the PDI process to prepare them for delivery
- Take corrective actions for on-hold machines and ensuring they are ready for delivery on time
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers
- Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials
