About the Role
Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for the Customer's complaints.
Responsible for improving the overall quality performance of the product that we deliver to our customers.
Compliance with QRO pathway matrix, Quality management system BMS and QMS, IATF *****, ISO ***** AND ESDS 20,20 as well as customer specific requirements.
What You Will Do
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
Manage containment actions for 0KM concerns and quality proactive notifications (including customer sorting & Quality Alerts).
Manage additional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP 90 days (Safe Launch Plan).
Execute IPSO Audit to ensure the transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data.
