- Lead, mentor and coach a software engineering team focused on the development and validation of Application embedded software for manual transmission systems.
- Responsible for capacity planning, resource management, and project staffing to meet external and internal customer deliverables and expectations for various projects, including the use of global and external resources.
- Drive common and robust development standards, tools, and processes with a focus on continuous improvement/design efficiency initiatives
