We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our NAM Experiences team. The NAM Experiences team is responsible for the portal into WEX’s self‑service applications. These applications power essential features, from digital spend controls to real‑time transaction insights.

This role requires a strong background in front‑end development, with exposure to the full stack. As the leader of an engineering team, you will design and develop intuitive, performant web applications that integrate with our backend services to deliver seamless and enhanced customer experiences. Our platforms enable customers to manage their fleet costs in an easy and efficient manner. The primary focus is building robust, reusable, and responsive user interfaces that empower fleet managers to configure controls, view reports, and streamline their daily operations.
