Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for bilingual customer service and back-office support agents to support various project within our company.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills to join our established projects. Positions involve answering customer service calls and emails in both English and Spanish, as well as various other tasks dependent on the role, including data processing and online research. Prior Customer Service Experience strongly preferred.
