**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented Children’s Footwear Designer to join our team in a full-time role based at our Oslo head office. This role is responsible for a broad range of creative tasks, with a strong focus on developing on-brand, commercial footwear designs for children. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the designer will help bring innovative and well-crafted concepts from idea to production. The role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Designing on-brand, commercial children’s footwear across multiple categories
Developing concepts from initial idea through to final production
Creating sketches, CADs, and technical design files for development and manufacturing
Collaborating closely with product, development, and sourcing teams
