Description
Required Skills:
• Candidates must have current or previous experience working with financial systems and finance teams such as Actuarial/Underwriting, AP/AR, Risk Adjustment, and/or PeopleSoft platforms as an example
• Must have over 5 years of Project Management experience
• Previous experience working in the healthcare space (a payer/insurance company would be preferred)
o This is more of a business, true PM (experience with scope, budgeting timelines etc.)
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Has lead project planning and execution, including scope, resources, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience following enterprise PMO standards, including governance, reporting, and adherence to project management methodologies.
