Equipment and Materials AdministratorReporting to the Equipment Manager, the Equipment and Materials Administrator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and procurement of equipment and materials for all projects.
This position is based out of the Equipment Yard located in Winnipeg.

What You Will Be Working On
Understand Company's guidelines pertaining to warehousing and delivery to various work sites.
Track and maintain accurate documentation, including the coordination of vehicle/equipment repairs and maintenance.
Support the Equipment Yard and project teams with all related administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory management and dispatch of equipment and materials.
Serve as a point of contact for sites for equipment and material needs as required.
