Job Description
Shape the future of banking at Equitable Bank as the Operational Risk Manager. This role offers hybrid working conditions and focuses on comprehensive risk management strategies.
As the Manager of Operational Risk Management, your role will involve developing cutting-edge risk management practices compliant with OSFI E21 guidelines. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of operational risk or IT oversight in banking. You will lead the GRC tool's evolution, validate KRI reports, and provide essential oversight to ensure risks are appropriately managed and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
