Equity Bank Hiring Treasury Business Analyst

THE ROLE PURPOSE

• As a Group Treasury Business Analyst, you will support the execution of Group Treasury’s strategy and drive efficiency in Group Treasury Functions by conducting market research, analyzing data, gathering business requirements, generating insights, assisting with implementation of treasury strategy, execution and preparing reports that inform strategic decisions.
• The role ensures effective stakeholder engagement, manages commercial projects, tracks closure of risk, governance and audit issues, and drives internal process improvements to enhance Group Treasury staff experience and financial performance, and overall achievement of Group Treasury targets. This role further acts as a bridge between the treasury function, finance teams, technology and other stakeholders.
