Job Description

The focus of the Deal Review team is to act as a key control in the business, ensuring that the deal agreed with the client is correctly booked and risk‑managed within the respective systems, and is also consistent with the legal documentation issued to the counterparty for their agreement.

The deal review is performed for all OTC and securitized trades globally for all desks and regions. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product, the underlying instruments and business strategy to continually improve control infrastructure.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Perform deal reviews within the SLA which involves:
  • Review Term sheet versus Risk management system.
  • Legal Confirmation versus Risk management system.
• Ensure accurate reviews and timely escalation of unissued/unexecuted documents.
