Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end process of Expat life cycle with core global mobility experience
• Handling of Immigration, Tax and Equity processes
• Experience in handling Expat Documentation (Compensation Proposals, Letters, Contracts), Expat Payroll, Cost Estimates and Cost Comparisons, Budget Preparation & Forecasting
• Query handling from People Team, Expats, Line Managers, Service Providers, Business stakeholders
• Co‑ordination of Vendors and processes (Tax, Immigration, Equity, Relocation etc)
• Onboarding call with expats explaining the entire expat life cycle, handling queries and be the advocate for ongoing problem resolution on all topics.
• APRO Super User Expertise along with regular day to day tasks of sending Service Orders, updating data, generating reports, auditing/signing off on payslips before processing.
• Manage Legal & Compliance topics with Line Manage...
