SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, enhance and implement Fairmontβs Service Culture and standards
- acts as a role model for exceptional performance.
- Provides direction and guidance to the Event Supervisors assisting in the development of their leadership skills. This includes decision making skills, anticipation, performance management, forward planning, process mapping, analysis, sense of urgency and ownership.
- Pro-actively analyzes procedures, policies, systems and processes of operation and streamlines where necessary.
- Ensures the financial success of the department by monitoring labour productivity, scheduling, revenue generation, forecasting and cost control.
- Ensures all financial reporting is maintained and accurate (billing, payroll, etc.)
- Foster relationships with Conference Services, Culinary, Stewarding and other Departments to ensure that a common vision is shared and our c...
