About the team and the role

We’re hiring a Producer to manage and support the production function. This is an owner/operator role — you’ll run day‑to‑day production operations, own the production playbooks and standards for Canadian programming, and partner closely with the Programming Manager to scale production across categories and tentpole events. You’ll be hands‑on producing shows, improving processes, mentoring partners, and ensuring every stream meets our quality, timing, and engagement goals.

This role is ideal for someone who loves live content, can manage quick‑moving event logistics, and is excited to build repeatable production playbooks while supporting cross‑functional partners and sellers.
