The Events & Experience Specialist supports Sun Life’s onsite hospitality, employee experience, and event programs across two Montreal locations. This hands‑on role coordinates in‑person and hybrid meetings, town halls, and receptions, ensuring seamless delivery of event logistics, food and beverage services, and guest experiences. Working closely with business partners, vendors, and internal teams, the specialist manages space bookings, event orders, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and continuous service improvements.
Reporting to the Lead, Event & Experience, the role collaborates with Workplace Strategy, Workplace Solutions, Broadcast & Event Services, AV/Technology teams, and external partners.
