Job Description

As a Floor Manager – Event Operations, your main focus will be to co-ordinate between the guests and the Events team to ensure all functions are carried out as per the client’s instructions with an efficient use of resources and technical equipment. You will hold overall responsibility for managing all Event Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders and Food & Beverage Attendants.

+ Interpret floor plans and Event Orders and direct team members and assist in placing furniture in position according to function type and number of guests.
+ Direct and assist set up of rooms according to Event Orders and function requirements including tables, chairs, table settings, buffets, coffee stations, water stations.
