Job Description
As an Exchange Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s Exchange Environment (including both Office 365 and on-premise systems).

• The portfolio of supported features includes email, SMTP, Distribution lists, Shared Mailboxes.
• The candidate will also assist with the operation and maintenance of third-party messaging gateways and platforms such as ProofPoint, Cisco, and Mimecast.
• Key duties include monitoring usage statistics and system stability, managing escalated incidents, and collaborating across teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
• The role involves maintaining the reliability and performance of messaging services, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring effective governance.
