Executive Assistant / Force Multiplier to the Owner

This is a trusted operator role for someone who thrives in complexity, loves accountability, and wants to sit inside the inner circle of a multi‑entity business. You’ll work directly with the Owner across accounting firms, real estate, acquisitions, and leadership, seeing everything from business and personal financials to strategy, team challenges and deal flow. Your job is to turn chaos into clarity.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own the Owner’s inbox and calendar so priorities stay clear and distractions disappear
• Attend key meetings , capture decisions, and ensure follow‑through happens
• Translate big ideas into executable plans for the team to act on
