KUBOTA EUROPEE is looking for an Exective assistant in order to assist the General Manager of the Benelux branch and also the Marketing & Product Manager in their tasks.

Knowledge required
- Fluency in 2 languages: English, Dutch
- Good knowledge of French (and motivated to learn French)
- SAP / Microsoft Office

Main tasks
- Support for sales figures, mapping (...) / Regional Sales Managers & distributors including Overseas
- Support to hand over figures to the both federation Fedagrim and Fedecom
- Sales administration: Invoices from suppliers, dealer contracts...
- Sales administration: Follow up orders, invoices (...) in connection with Kubota Europe adminastration team
- Help with translations, i.e. Brochures...
- Help with preparation of the fairs and events in connection with Kubota Europe marketing team
