- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, calendar management, and distribution of memos and letters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders, flights, hotels and car rentals.
- Irregular availability outside work hours.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate, plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, offβsite, and via Microsoft Teams calls, and all details for the meetings, meals and travel for participants, as necessary.
- Manage and coordinate expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain and record vacation schedules in Peoplesoft.
