What you'll do
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the SVP, Business Platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting senior leadership.
+ Deliver daily administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating on-site events, and managing communications.
+ Oversee intricate executive schedules leveraging Microsoft Outlook, providing feedback and suggestions on various time management techniques.
+ Manage all administrative aspects of meeting setup (A/V equipment, catering), guest logistics, expense reporting, travel arrangements, filing system improvements, and supply ordering.
