Role Overview
The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy and shrinkage control at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring smooth inventory flow across fresh fruits & vegetables and ambient SKUs. The role focuses on maintaining alignment between system and physical inventory, minimizing wastage, and ensuring inventory readiness for daily order fulfillment. The position plays a critical role in improving inventory discipline, operational efficiency, and stock accuracy within a fast-paced distribution environment handling perishable inventory.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory accuracy between WMS/ERP systems and physical stock across all DC zones; monitor stock movement, inventory transactions, and ensure timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
Execute cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock checks; investigate inventory mismatches and support corrective actions and audit compliance.
