Advance your career with Dexterra Group as an Executive Sous Chef in a leading Horizon North camp facility. Oversee daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff management, enjoying a 20 days on, 10 days off schedule.
As an Executive Sous Chef, you will ensure top-quality food preparation while adhering to safety protocols and training kitchen staff. Youβll leverage your extensive culinary background to mentor others and foster a culture of excellence in food service, tailoring meals to dietary needs.
