As part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for covering executive hires across Technology, COO & Operations & Services business globally.

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support and partner with the business on Executive hires at Managing Director level.

Remit includes: Core and In-Business Operations, Digital & Data, CIO, CTO, AI, CISO, Business Architecture, COO and Enterprise Excellence. Also supporting the Services business in Investor & Issuer Services.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage end to end recruitment activity including, stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, screening, longlist/shortlist, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
+ Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver senior talent to the business.
